Interesting to learn that seeing feeds through a List has reposts not come in, so it's more strictly their content. Can suffice as an alternate way to also mute reposts off a user it seems.

Some people say they have better discovery in the For You feed over the default Discover tab. Wish I had the same experience; as it's more focused solely on the adjacency of Likes (whoever liked your likes, shows off their likes too) and no other rails, unsavory posts can unfortunately fill.

Honestly just a bare minimum of vetting people you come across can help so much with compartmentalizing and navigating the net and its experiences. Choosing your interactions can also go a long way; not everything is of your concern and deserves to be an influential incident. Something to remember.

before you engage with someone it is often helpful to look at the "replies" section on their profile because some people are just like, mega sealions who serially involve themselves on the obviously wrong side of sensitive arguments

Tokimeki's looking like a really great BlueSky client. Can have multiple columns and even pin searches/threads. Also reminded me how public everything is, so there's your reminder to any new users; all blocks are public as well. This was actually new info recently to someone I know.

Remember when Ape Escape had a collaboration with metal gear solid? (I'm glad VG video essays are returning to my feed from people I had watched before. Yes I was still in the middle of watching it.)

Me on seeing the new Megaman Star Force Legacy Collection up for pre-order (I also looked up the bonuses for the MMBN legacy collection and got those bonuses as well)
