Okay Bravely Default already feels so charming and it taking cool advantage of the 3ds shenanigans is a blessing

Just got to a point in Crisis Core where they give you the classic "you might not come back, make sure to do all your unfinished missions"

I haven't done any missions. Making a safety save in case I doom myself

So I've played three Action RPGs recently - Star Ocean 2, Tales of the Abyss and FFVII Crisis Core.

I'm only vibing with Crisis Core idk why. Familiarity? Goofy dialogue? Faster pacing? The action part also seems actioney enough for me compared to the other two.

Only at chapter 2 so maybe it'll get samey, but I'm quite enjoying FFVIICCR (gonna pretend this is how everyone abbreviates it).

I love resolving conflicts. I love skipping fights and being so under levelled that bosses kill me in one hit. I wait patiently for gongaga.

Okay I woulda called this a C Tier game however three things just carry it to a B Tier, all near the end of the game:

Penny
A final boss using all the characters
The ability to give your characters a baby face costume meaning every action makes the mario paint baby face noise

Been playing WarioWare: Get It Together recently. I imagine this is quite fun in co-op, but otherwise it's a decent WarioWare without the gimmick really catching my attention. It IS however making me want the next rhythm heaven to come out ASAP

Okay finally tested my AlphaBeatEmAll speedrun challenge proper. Gave myself 6 hours to beat 140 in under 20 minutes.

Did it in 3 woop woop. Might do a part 2 of trying to get sub 18. If not, moving onto Animal Well!

So I've nearly finished faffing around with OBS overlays for me AlphaBeatEmAll speedrun challenge thingy, but somehow my final boss is... switching between some text every few seconds? You wouldn't believe how many convoluted solutions people have online!!
